Naruto : Six Paths Sage Mode
Naruto can combine his Nine-Tails Chakra Mode and its various forms with Sage Mode to further enhance his abilities with the power of senjutsu.
His pupils become a combination of the two forms: the vertical fox-slits with the horizontal toad-slits. Naruto notes he can absorb natural energy more quickly than usual while in Kurama Mode.

Sakura : Creation Rebirth
The Creation Rebirth was invented by Tsunade with the resolution to protect the lives of her comrades. By releasing a large amount of chakra at once, the body's cell division is forcibly stimulated. Whenever the body's tissues are damaged or an organ is destroyed, the injury will instantly heal regardless of the severity. So long as Creation Rebirth remains active, the user cannot die, earning it recognition as the "pinnacle of medical ninjutsu" and the "ultimate regeneration technique".
Sasuke : Rinne Sharingan
Sasuke's Rinnegan is permanently active, apparently unable to revert to its original state.
The dōjutsu gives Sasuke the abilities of the Six Paths Techniques, such as forcibly attracting others towards him, or trap individuals in the Chibaku Tensei, or absorb chakra. He can also use it to see invisible targets, repel the effects of the Infinite Tsukuyomi, and turn his Susanoo into a vessel for the tailed beasts' chakra,

Boruto : Kâma
The Jōgan (meaning Pure Eye) is a mysterious dōjutsu that is implied to belong to the Ōtsutsuki Clan, and used by those who strongly inherited the powers of the clan.
Boruto Uzumaki has so far been the only wielder of the dōjutsu, having awakened it in his right eye.
Sarada Sharingan
The Sharingan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan that appears selectively among its members. When a wielder of this kekkei genkai experiences a powerful emotional condition with regards to a person precious to them, their brain releases a special form of chakra that affects the optic nerves, transforming the eyes into Sharingan; for that reason the Sharingan is described as an "eye that reflects the heart".
Mitsuki Snake Sage mode
Mitsuki possess the ability to use Snake Sage Transformation.Unique to him,
he gains a cyan chakra shroud that forms into ethereal snakes around his body.
Prolonged usage causes Mitsuki's cells to breakdown, damaging his organs beyond repair.
